Integration Course for New Employees

To treat everyone individually

Every new-comer goes through a special course developed to help him to integrate into the company. During the first months at the new working place you will:

• Learn about  company's history, facts, culture, mission and goals.

• Learn about wide range of services provided by Sodexo around the world and in Russia in particular.

• Get acquainted with the team members and know about your role in the working process.

• Work out the ways you will implement the Sodexho values and goals at work.

• Learn about Sodexo high-quality customer servicing and quality standards, basic health &  labour safety rules.

Integration course is adapted  to specifics of each position. Under our managers or experienced employees' supervision you'll learn about your duties and tasks.
