Sodexo runs "The Element of fire" program

Last week of January 2009 Sodexo launched a long-term marketing program dedicated to the four elements of nature these are fire, water, earth and air. "The Element of fire" a festival, became the first phase of the program.

“We started the marketing program with element of fire deliberately, aiming to create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort in Sodexo's restaurants during the winter months,” - commented Ekaterina Kalinina, Operational Marketing Manager, Sodexo. The decoration elements created for the festival were united by the theme of fire, among those were candles, stone grottoes, fireplaces and hunting attributes. The festival's menu became an essential element of the event. The dishes which attracted most attention were grilled meat, barbecue, dishes of hunter's cuisine; their recipes were specially created by Sodexo cooks for the marketing program. “In the recipes we have united a high-quality raw meat, chilled meat of rabbit, venison, mutton, beef with homemade sauces, wild berries, tart fruit; and flambé, a spectacular technology, which is so enjoyable by our Visitors who can observe the cooking process. As for us, cooks, we were also having a great time socializing with the guests, it brings so many positive emotions,” said Vladimir Ilyin, the developer of recipes and the chef, Paveletsky business center.
 
“The element of fire” was held in eight business centers, among them Paveletsky, Bashnya na Naberejnoy, Riverside Tower, Meridian,Balchug Plaza, Dolgorukovskaya, Coliseum. In each of these business centers the festival had its own special features, such as accompanying flamenco, live music performance  by Spanish guitar, a special dishes presentation.
